The dual-servo drive system independently controls film feeding and jaw movement, ensuring accurate pouch registration even at high speeds.

Choose from multiple filling heads: auger filler for powders, volumetric cup for granules, piston pump for liquids/pastes, or multi-head weigher for snacks. Each filling system is calibrated to your product's viscosity and particle size.

Optional value-adding modules include: vacuum packaging for extended shelf life, gas flushing (MAP) for oxygen-sensitive products, and a custom coder for date/lot/QR code printing. For resealable applications, add zipper opening devices and spout insertion units.

Fast changeover is built in. Tool-less design allows bag size and pouch type changes in under 5 minutes, minimizing downtime between production runs. Hygienic IP65 washdown construction is available for wet or high-hygiene environments (dairy, sauces, ready meals).
