The Automatic Stand Up Pouch Packaging Machine is a versatile pre-made pouch filler sealer specifically designed for doypack applications. Doypack-Specific Design:
Stand-up pouches feature a bottom gusset that allows the bag to stand upright on store shelves. Our machine includes a bottom gusset opening device that ensures the gusset is fully expanded before filling, preventing product from getting trapped in the folds. Filling System Flexibility:
The machine operates as a platform that accepts multiple filler heads. For liquid filling, a piston filler or flow meter works for juices, oils, and detergents. For paste filling, a servo-driven rotary lobe pump handles ketchup, yogurt, and honey. For powder filling, an auger filler is suitable for flour, protein powder, and coffee grounds. For granule filling, a volumetric cup or multi-head weigher works for rice, nuts, and seeds. For tablet or capsule filling, a counting disc system is available.
